As the Global Master Data Professional, your role will involve supporting the implementation of a multi-level data program. This program aims to improve Master Data Quality and Compliance in Master Data across different domains, including vendor, customer, finance & controlling data objects, CAPEX projects. You will be responsible for defining governance, implementing a global data model and data management processes, coordinating the authorization concept, and ensuring the necessary reporting, training, and documentation are in place.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will support the Master Data Technical Team in their daily activities. This includes participating in the data quality program reporting and supporting the Information Architect. You will act as a liaison between the Master Data Team's business needs and technical implementation. Furthermore, you will implement Power BI reports, create SAP Mass Tools, develop SQL queries, and manage dataflow. You will also provide support for technical inquiries and issues.

Key responsibilities:
- Implement a multi-level program (Governance, Data Model, Process, Organization, Tools, Authorization, Consistency checks and live cycle, build network).
- In dedicated domains, Master Data Professional gathers the necessary knowledge and keeps it up-to-date to ensure business processes and reports are optimally supported.
- Represent the Global Master Data Team in global projects across various functions and ensure standards are successfully implemented.
- Ensure that all collaborators are involved in the discussions and enable the development of optimized solutions.
- Address critical issues and challenges brought forth by blocking issues, the business, or enabling functions.
- Participate in the data quality program reporting.
- Implement Power BI reports, create SAP mass tools, develop SQL queries, and manage dataflow.
- Support for technical inquiries and issues.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, business information technology, finance or business administration. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proficient in English.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of master data and data governance principles.
- Experience related to customer, vendor or finance & controlling master data objects.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to closely determine data quality issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant data management tools and software.
- Possess technical skills in data manipulation and knowledge in database management.
- Experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA will be appreciated asset.
- Knowledge in S2P, O2C or R2R business processes will be appreciated asset.
- Proactive attitude, seeing opportunities for efficiency, foreseeing potential risks, and taking action to enhance business outcomes.
