Based in Basel, Switzerland, this role leads the global HR Project Portfolio, driving strategic alignment, delivery excellence, and community building across HR initiatives. The HR Program Delivery Partner coordinates and leads the planning and implementation of important projects within HR. This role ensures that project management processes and methodologies are aligned with the company’s HR strategy and vision. They will work with the HR Leadership team, including the CHRO, and other collaborators, to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes. This position is integral to the continued success of the organization’s HR transformation.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the global HR PMO and manage the full HR project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business goals.
Oversee project governance and delivery using Planview, driving prioritization, performance tracking, and resource management.
Deliver high-impact HR projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, quality outcomes.
Foster a strong HR Project Management Community through mentoring, training, and best-practice sharing.
Advocate for change and risk management across projects, enabling smooth transitions, collaborator engagement, and continuous improvement.
Key requirements:
Solid experience in project and portfolio management within a global HR or corporate environment, ideally with Planview expertise.
Ability to lead across complex, matrixed teams and confidently engage senior collaborators.
Proven capability in driving project execution, governance, and strategic alignment.
Strong approach to change and risk management with a passion for improving ways of working.
A background in HR, business, or project management—formal qualifications are a plus, but hands-on expertise is key.
