We are looking for a Senior Director, Global Head of Quality, Platform Governance.

The Senior Director, Global Head of Quality, Platform Governance role within Integrated Biologics, Advanced Synthesis and Specialized Modalities is crucial for driving and leading all aspects of the successful execution of strategic Quality programs/projects in alignment with the LGQ, IT, Operations, Quality Excellence and the Quality Enabling Functions.

This role is responsible for Platform Quality Plan preparation and governance, leading the overall Platform Quality reporting process, facilitating Platform QLT meetings / Quality Councils and being the touchpoint to the Quality Excellence and Enabling Functions.

Key responsabilities

Platform Governance:

  • Lead the Platform governance providing mentorship and support to managers across the Integrated Biologics, Advanced Synthesis or Specialized Modalities Quality organization.

  • Support the Hoshin Kanri process for the Platform QLT and prepare/govern/coordinate delivery of the Platform Quality Plan objectives.

  • Develops content for and facilitates monthly Platform QLT meetings and quarterly Platform Quality Councils, including action tracking/minutes.

  • Supervises Platform Quality programs/projects from initiation through to completion. Monitors program/project progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Establishes/maintains project management standards and methodologies within the Platform in alignment with the Quality Excellence and Quality Enabling Functions.

  • Operates as Platform SME/SPOC for proficiency areas, supporting troubleshooting, audits & inspections, etc. as the need arises

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on strategic Quality program/project performance, risk status and operational metrics.

  • Lead the business reporting process (e.g., weekly huddle reports, monthly Quality reports, quarterly batch release review, etc.)

  • Responsible for development of site and Platform Quality important metric and KQI targets and monitors performance monthly.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicates successfully with collaborators, including senior management, program/project teams and external partners.

  • Facilitates collaborator meetings, presentations and workshops.

  • Builds and maintains positive relationships to ensure collaborator buy-in and support.

Key requirements

  • BSC or Master’s Degree in life science.

  • Project Management tools certification.

  • Highly Qualified in Quality Systems and Compliance and Quality Leadership.

  • Proven success in leading large-scale, sophisticated programs.

  • Experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent project management skills with proficiency in project management software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
