Key responsibilities:

• Support Associate Director SM-DS New Business & Sourcing with the identification and development of sources for upstream chemicals entities, the technical transfers, the development of Key Sourcing Partners network in different geographies according to the allocation of customer proposals and early phase projects.
• As sourcing specialist collaborate optimally with the team to support category & project supply strategies development & execution, and to deliver value and continuous improvement to commercial projects for Visp and Nansha

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree minimum or equivalent;  Master, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Preferred area of study:  Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent
• English, business fluent
• Seven or more years of operations experience with 4-5 years in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing.
• Experience in a regulated industry (i.e. pharmaceutical, food) preferred.
