The Manufacturing Services Associate I role offers an outstanding opportunity to be a part of a world-class organization dedicated to making a meaningful impact. Located in New Hampshire, USA, this position is crucial in maintaining the flawless operation of our cGMP manufacturing production suites. You will collaborate with our ambitious and hard-working team to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Shift Schedule: The shift schedule is from 7am-7pm, on a rotational schedule every other week:
Week 1: M/T/F/SAT/SUN
Week 2: W/TH
Job Description:
Perform 6S and stock each suite daily, ensuring all materials and consumables are available.
Strictly determine production needs for autoclaved assemblies and deliver them to suites.
Perform daily and weekly maintenance activities on analytical equipment to ensure flawless operation.
Carry out weekly and monthly cleans of inoculum rooms to maintain a sterile environment.
Document all activities in accordance with GMPs and GDPs, reviewing documentation as needed.
Successfully implement qualification for all assigned tasks and maintain an up-to-date individual training plan.
Prepare materials for transport and delivery to manufacturing suites, handling material movements meticulously.
Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization, ensuring a world-class environment.
Undertake administrative tasks such as attending suite shift exchanges, meetings, managing emails, and participating in projects.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and operational goals.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Proven ability to mechanically assemble parts following provided procedures.
